Store Credit Eligibility
Store credit is issued for merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt, provided items:

  • HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED
  • Have ALL TAGS ATTACHED
  • Footwear must include the original box (undamaged, without postal labels). Damage/missing box may incur a fee

Processing & Shipping
